Rohan Enterprises provides swimming pool construction, repair, and maintenance; fountain design and installation; water park development; and supply of pool equipment including pumps, filters, lighting systems, tiles, and accessories. All services are subject to a separate written contract signed by both parties.
3. Quotations and Proposals
Any estimate, quotation, or proposal provided by us is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A binding contract is formed only when a written agreement has been signed by both Rohan Enterprises and the client, and any required deposit has been paid.
4. Client Responsibilities
For any construction project, the client agrees to:
Provide accurate site information and necessary permits.
Ensure clear access to the work area.
Notify us of any underground utilities or site hazards.
Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule.
5. Payment Terms
A minimum deposit of 30-50% of the total project cost is required before work begins (exact percentage will be specified in your contract).
Progress payments are due at predefined milestones (e.g., excavation, plumbing, tiling, finishing).
Final payment is due upon project completion and client inspection.
Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum legal rate, and may result in work stoppage.
6. Changes and Variations
Any changes requested by the client after the contract is signed (change orders) must be submitted in writing. Additional costs and time extensions will be mutually agreed upon before implementation.
7. Warranty
Construction: 1-2 year warranty on workmanship (specifics in contract).
Equipment: Warranty as provided by the original manufacturer (pumps, filters, etc.).
Wear & Tear: Normal wear and tear, chemical imbalances caused by the client, and damage from freezing or improper use are not covered.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services or this Site shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Rohan Enterprises for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
